The Mighty Bluebirds won their 5th consecutive Classic State Title and their 6th State Title in 7 years by winning all four games in the State Tournament. They beat the LRFC Lady Storm team 3-0 in the opening game, they then beat Searcy Crush 5-2, followed by a win over the Arkansas Comets at 3-0 and defeated the Mighty Bluebird Blue team 4-1 in their final game of the round robin tournament. Despite picking up several new players having limited time to prepare due to the high school season the Bluebirds turned in their most impressive state performance yet. Brittany Hudson came in to fill in as goalkeeper and proved to be an outstanding keeper throughout the tournament and was a great addition to the Bluebird team. The Bluebirds again flourished on defense with great leadership and their offense was always a threat with great team play. The five consecutive State Titles is a record by any Classic teams.
