The Mighty Bluebird Black team won their third consecutive tournament of the year staying unbeaten in U11 girls. They cruised through the tournament with wins over LRFC 94 White 5-1, Blitz United White 5-2, NOKC Navy 7-0 and Mighty Bluebirds Orange 8-0. In the finals the Bluebirds beat NOKC United FC Red 6-3 in what many thought would be a close game that really in fact was not. The Bluebirds continue to gel as a team, come up with their own pre-game chants and show great leadership all around. The defense was led by Madison Brooks at goalie, JoAnna Bentley, Elizabeth Freeman, Annie Sixbey, Olivia Caillouet, and Haley Filat simply shut down the other teams.

Haley Hatcher continued to be unstoppable scoring goals with Annie Stafford, Larkin Hatcher, Macey Burr all continuing to contribute goals. Leah Riner continued to help the Mighty Bluebird team both on offense and defense with her versatile and strong play. Abbey Dickson continues to improve and added great speed in defense for the Bluebird team.
