The Mighty Bluebirds White and Blue teams met in the final for the second consecutive time at the Battle on the Border tournament. As was the case last time the teams decided not to play and to accept a tournament championship on behalf of both teams. Neither team had any trouble as both teams cruised through the tournament with the White team outscoring their opponents 15 to 1 in the U-14 division and the Blue team outscoring their opponents 16 to 1 in the U-13 division the finals was to be a championship game between the U-13 and U-14 bracket champions.
